This position is fully remote in the United States.

Hearsay is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to design and execute strategic campaigns that drive demand and create pipeline for Hearsay’s last-mile client engagement platform. You will conceive and oversee high-converting lead generation campaigns that generate new business and grow pipeline. As a member of the Hearsay marketing team, you will join our mission to empower financial advisors and agents to authentically and intelligently engage with their customers to build and grow relationships.

About the role:

    • Own the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of campaigns, creating a highly effective and targeted approach to help drive new customer demand and pipeline across various channels including digital advertising, webinars, emails, and more
    • Manage and develop a team of eager and outstanding Marketing Ops, Demand Gen, and Sales Development Reps
    • Partner with sales team to monitor lead flow, review opportunities, and gather feedback to optimize impact of marketing activities
    • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, events and customer marketing to leverage one another’s outputs and programs
    • Work with Marketing Ops to measure, analyze, and report on all campaigns and demand generation efforts for effectiveness and ROI
    • Manage 3rd party vendor selection, contracts, and budgets

About you:

    • Proven ability to develop, plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing programs that deliver aggressive pipeline targets
    • Love for data and wouldn’t dream of launching a marketing campaign without metrics and measurement plans in place
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to orchestrate many moving parts
    • 5-7 years experience marketing B2B SaaS, preferably to enterprise financial services firms
    • Strong people manager - including managing SDRs and marketing operations
    • Strong and equal partner to your sales counterparts
The full-time annual salary ranges for this role at the time of hire are listed below, by location, in accordance with state and local requirements. Within the ranges, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee's job performance (results and impact) over time. The ranges below reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.

California: $140,000-150,000
Colorado: $130,000-140,000
New York City: $140,000-150,000
Washington: $140,000-150,000

The compensation package for a hired applicant for this role will include company stock options and a semi-annual bonus in accordance with the company's bonus plan.
