Position Overview
The Marketing Manager will own the company’s marketing strategy and lead all marketing initiatives to ensure those efforts align with the overarching growth goals of the company. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for balancing the marketing needs across the company and its diversified portfolio of ZeroNox-owned brands.
Job Duties
- Develop and own the marketing strategy for each business unit and work with leadership to align the marketing plan to the specific priorities of the business.
- Build a deep understanding of each customer segment in which ZeroNox operates to connect with customers in compelling ways.
- Incorporate marketing plans across all relevant channels including print, digital, social, and in-person events to drive brand awareness to effectively grow each business unit.
- Work with company leadership to plan, strategize, and build the story telling and brand perception for ZeroNox and its different product lines.
- Maintain the brand integrity both internally and externally for each business unit that ZeroNox operates including the overall ZeroNox brand.
- Track effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on all relevant metrics including lead growth and customer conversions.
- Work with internal teams to develop promotional materials for our dealerships, customers, and key stakeholders.
- Own the planning and execution of various expos and marketing events throughout the year for ZeroNox and its different product lines.
Required Skill/Ability
- Proven work as an experienced marketing specialist.
- History of designing, planning, and successfully executing company-wide marketing plans.
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, Adobe Cloud, WordPress and other relevant marketing tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to succeed in an unstructured, fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience as a marketing professional
- Team leadership experience a plus
Working Conditions
Office setting while working on a computer. Occasional lifting and warehouse conditions. Occasional travel may be required.
