Job description

ByHeart is growing! We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Night Shift!

Meet ByHeart

Founded in 2016, ByHeart is a fully integrated infant nutrition company dedicated to empowering parents with choice: we want ‘best nutrition for baby’ to be possible for every parent out there.

We build each product from ground up: our team of leaders in pediatric nutrition and breast milk science, experts at the forefront of immune, cognitive, digestive and microbiome health inform our next-to-nature approach; we hand-pick the most wholesome ingredients from partners and farms that we consider family; we take pride in what we put in and in what we keep out of each recipe.

On the cusp of becoming only the 4th fully-integrated, FDA-registered baby nutrition company in the US – and the only new entrant to own its manufacturing and direct supplier relationships – we just closed our over-subscribed $90M Series B in July 2021. We take our investors as seriously as we take our formula and by having some of the most seasoned and advanced investors on our Board, we are as confident in them as they are in us. We are now approaching the launch of our infant formula, which will be followed by a pipeline of mom and baby nutrition products & markets.

The ByHeart team is comprised of world-class doctors, pediatric researchers, seasoned formula experts, dedicated blendmasters, and passionate parents. Above all, we are people who know that innovation isn’t easy, but babies – and their parents – deserve a better feeding future. With that sentiment in mind, we hire people that believe in our mission, and uphold our mission in our every-day life and culture. We believe that family comes first, every single day.
