At the moment we are looking for a booking specialist (host) with excellent knowledge all details, who has experience of 3 years + with the following online platforms: Airbnb, VRBO

Responsibilities:

Online

• Manage Airbnb, VRBO and other channels, listings and optimization
• Direct booking website listing and management
• Social media marketing
• Guest communication and guest experience management
• Guest guidebook creation (both online and hard copies for home)
• Setup and update prices
• Booking/calendar management
• Promptly respond to guest queries
• Set automatic messages and check if messages are sent on time
• Hiring and scheduling cleanings, maintenance, repairs, laundry services, etc.
• Inventory management (supplies and amenities), keep a record of everything you need for the next check-in
• Purchase of everything necessary for the house regarding inventory list
• To be in touch with guests from 8AM-8PM (GMT-4)

Offline

• Dealing with all emergency situations and assisting guests during their stay
• Check-out with full details of the condition of property when guests leave and transfer information to the office by what’s app
• Organization of cleaning and report to office condition of property after guests left
• Purchase of everything necessary for the house regarding inventory list
• Preparing the house for check in
• Inspection of the house twice per week and resolve all problems by necessary specialists
• Supervision of vendors, city providers and who work at the properties
• Pick up orders online (supply) from our office at Hallandale 33009
• Check-in/check-out each reservation + house orientation
• Control amount of guests and situation in the house (with video cameras) + noise detectors

Terms:

$2000 per month ($1000 per each property - minimum 5 reservations)

**Trial period for 1 week (unpaid)

Pay: $2,000.00 per month
