We are currently seeking a Loan Administration Records Specialist, to join our Loan Administration Department. The Loan Administration Records Specialist is responsible for providing high quality service by ensuring prompt and accurate loan document and credit information filing, tracking and imaging, as well as other tasks to assist the lending department. This includes ensuring paper and electronic files are orderly and compliant with bank policies, procedures, regulatory guidance and safe, sound banking practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Prepare loan document files for scanning into the Bank’s Imaging System.
- Monitor, review and manage the scanning process for accuracy and completeness of scanned files.
- Retrieve and provide information as requested to Loan and Lending staff.
- Ongoing management of the completeness of and loan document files.
- Segregate documents for permanent retention and physically file remaining documents.
- Assure compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, with respect to file completion as well as, all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
- Answer phones and direct calls to applicable individuals
- Loan and credit card payment processing duties as scheduled
- Assist in insurance tracking process
- Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable State and Federal banking regulations
You will possess the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, or 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
