Bleus Burger in Gulf Shores, AL is searching for line cooks to join our growing team. Our ideal candidate is a high-volume, self-starter with a sense of urgency, motivated, team oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

*Maintain Serv-Safe Standards *Set up and stock station(s) with all necessary supplies and backups *Chop vegetables, prepare sauces and other food preparation. *Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff *Clean up station and take care of leftover food *Stock inventory

Qualifications

*2 plus Years cooking experience or Back of the House experience preferred but will train *Current Serv-Safe Certification a plus *Knife Skills *Able to meet all scheduling commitments *Able to anticipate needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs *Strong attention to detail

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Mondays. Compensation is $18.00 - $23.00/hour.
