We are a well-established eCommerce platform provider in SaaS technology looking to add an experienced Technical Support Specialist to our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any technical issues.

Daily responsibilities include:

- Direct client support (B2B)

- Customer support

- Help Desk Tickets

- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues

- Providing technical advice and guidance

- Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate team

- Developing and maintaining customer relationships

- Keeping up to date with the latest technology and industry trends.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks

- Contributing to the development of technical support processes and procedures

The successful candidate should be a detail-oriented, organized, and dependable individual with excellent verbal and written English communication skills. They should be a quick learner and capable of critical thinking.

Proficiency with office applications such as spreadsheets and email programs is a plus.

Access to iOS and Android mobile devices is a plus.

Understanding of retail environments and POS is a plus.

Fast and reliable internet is required, and a quiet work space is preferred. Familiarity with all common modern web browsers, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, and Safari, is required.

Equipment required: Windows PC or Mac computer (more than one display is preferred); webcam and microphone or headset; computer desk with space to work and room for a phone handset. Hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time. This is a great remote work opportunity!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
