ATA Management group is currently looking for a passionate and driven leasing consultant to join our wonderful team.

Ideal candidate must have:

• Excellent customer service skills
• A friendly deamenaor and positive attiude
• Effective listener and communicator
• Effective sales skills

Duties may include but are not limited too;

• Interview prospective residents and record information to ascertain needs and qualifications. Input information into computer.
• Assists in planning all resident activities and special events.
• Assists in preparing a monthly calendar of events
• Inputs information into computer.
• Accompany prospective resident to models and vacant apartments and discuss size and layout of apartments while selling features and amenities of the community.
• Qualify prospective residents: verify applications, credit information, and other qualifications. Prepare lease and move-in documentation and related paper work.
• Collect rental payments and application fees from property residents.
• Collaborate and execute marketing plans to increase traffic and brand awareness.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $12.00 per hour

• Corpus Christi, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
