Uptown Rental Properties is currently seeking an enthusiastic* Leasing Agent *to join our team!
Leasing Agents work both in the office and in the field helping prospective residents find their new homes with Uptown Rental Properties!

Leasing Agent Responsibilities:

• Lease the greatest number of units in the shortest amount of time to maximize rental rates through showing apartments and adequate follow up techniques
• Act as the main point of contact for all prospective residents regarding general property information to keep them well-informed and ensure a positive resident experience
• Work closely with the Property Management Team to give prospective residents accurate information throughout the leasing process
• Cross-sell properties to meet the needs of the prospect & maximize occupancy rates across the Uptown Rental Properties portfolio

Leasing Agent Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 1+ year Leasing experience
• 3+ years customer service experience
• Sales experience preferred
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
• Strong problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Property management software experience a plus
• Schedule flexibility with weekend hours
• A positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers

Leasing Agent Compensation:

• $17-$19/hr

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
