Longevity Holdings is seeking a Lead HR Business Partner to join our exciting organization! You will serve as a trusted advisor, directing strategic & operational execution of HR activity aligned with strategic growth objectives.

Shaping culture, promoting an inclusive and respectful environment, and leading the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives are key focus areas for this impactful leadership position as the company grows. This is an opportunity to lead initiatives across HR, including compensation, benefits, operations, performance management, and HRIS.

You will develop and execute employee strategies to ensure HR goals are met in support of our People Objective “We are a company where people want to work, feel like they belong and are valued, can grow, and are making a difference.” This position may have direct reports.

Position is based in our Minneapolis MN office/hybrid and reports to the CHRO.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Foster a high performance and employee focused culture through effective communication and implementation of high quality and productive HR practices to meet business objectives
  • Oversee HR functions including benefits, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compensation and compliance
  • Champion HR initiatives in the form of technological solutions and metrics, lead HRIS implementation
  • Drive strategic HR programs through development, collaboration, implementation & effective delivery
  • Act as a business partner throughout the organization to build strong relationships, trust and collaboration, and an overall positive work experience
  • Assess workforce trends and bring best practices and innovative solution to the organization to improve productivity and support business strategies
  • Influence organizational design and development, trainings and development, and change management
  • Develop employee related procedures and policies to support organizational goals and a positive culture, and are adopted by companies that may join the organization through acquisitions

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or a related field required; Master’s degree a plus
  • 12+ years progressive HR experience spanning the entirety of the employee life cycle
  • Leadership experience with both employees and as a partner with senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of all core HR areas including compensation, talent management, employee relations, succession planning, payroll, benefits and HR operations
  • Strong change leader who can communicate well with all levels of employees in the organization and build strong relationships to develop relationships and competencies with employees effectively
  • Growth mindset individual who can assess and manage conflicting priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • Working HRIS knowledge, Ceridian Dayforce experience a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws including AA, FLSA, and other laws
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft office products and other technology tool
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, organize and accurately prioritize work, be detail-oriented, understand when urgency is required and use good judgment in varied situations
  • Strong work ethic and sense of integrity, trustworthiness, and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Pay: $130,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
