Associated Veterinary Partners (AVP) is seeking a full-time Lead Veterinary Customer Service Representative for The Village Veterinarian located in the beautiful resort town of Chelan, WA. The Village Veterinarian is co-owned by Dr. Fehr (MD) and Associated Veterinary Partners.

Who is the MVP at AVP? YOU ARE!

This MVP plays a key role in the hospital's success.?While this position does not have any clinical duties, the CSR will work together with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, and Hospital Managers. The CSR is the move around the hospital?supporting the team and is responsible for customer service functions. CSRs will help maintain a clean, efficient, and healthy environment for animals being treated or boarded at the hospital. The CSR is a crucial part of the practice team and is responsible for the relationship between the practice and the clients.

At least one year practicing in a small-animal clinic is preferred. Perfect opportunity for an emerging assistant who wants to be mentored by a great medical director.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual that possesses knowledge of animal health care, animal restraint techniques, and surgery preparation in addition to being detail-oriented and having excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
