A Job Coach works with individuals with disabilities at their job site to help them build the skills necessary to become independent at their job.

As a Job Coach, you get to work closely with the individuals we serve to help them build independence and achieve their goals.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma/GED or above.
2. Ability to type 25 words per minute and navigate a company-issued laptop.
3. A clean driving record and willingness to transport clients in company vehicles.
4. Ability to pass a background and drug screening (a list of the disqualifying offenses can be provided if needed).
