Job description
The Litchfield School District is looking for a positive and service oriented IT Support Technician. This position’s primary responsibilities are to help support the District’s Chromebook 1:1 initiative from grades 1-12 as well as help to service the technology needs of all users. The ideal candidate would possess exceptional interpersonal skills and have expertise in device repair. The candidate would be approachable, knowledgeable, and innately enjoy using their technology skills to help others.

This position is full-time, salaried, and year round with a full benefits package. They would be an SAU employee and travel among all of the Litchfield School District schools.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Windows and Google Apps for Education. Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills. Experience with a variety of software application. Experience with a variety of hardware peripherals. Hands-on experience with Windows 10. PC diagnostic troubleshooting skills. Google Chrome Management experience is beneficial. A ComptTIA A+, Network+ and GSuite certifications are beneficia. Highly organized and able to prioritize jobs. Service oriented. Must have a reliable vehicle and be able to drive from school to school
