Inventory and Operations Support

Full-time, Salaried or Part-time, Hourly

Pay Range: $17/hr and up based on experience

TC Farm offers the very best pasture raised and organic fed meats along with other artisan foods to around 2000 members in Minnesota. We are working to build a more resilient food system by working with farmers, producers and customers throughout the Twin Cities area.

We are expanding our operations in 2023 including moving into a new space, launching a new website and expanding our current business model. We are working to reimagine the local food system in partnership with farmers, producers and customers. This is being supported by a substantial federal grant and over $1m in private investment. It will be an exciting journey for our team and for those who want to join us.

We are currently looking for several dependable and organized candidates to to support our operation and delivery areas. This position would work in our warehouse spaces currently in St. Anthony and Fridley. In June 2023, we will be moving to a new building in Blaine, MN just 20 mins from downtown Minneapolis and St Paul.

You’ll excel in this role if you have experience and/or interest in food, warehouse operations and/or sustainable agriculture. We are looking for people who can help us continue to grow our operations and who want to grow with our company.

Initial duties include:

• Supporting efforts to track and replenish inventory.
• Picking orders for our customers in an efficient and correct way.
• Creating product packages.
• Helping operations become more efficient over time and
• Supporting delivery operations including delivering products to customers.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, move, and lift for up to 8hrs per day
• Comfort working in walk-in freezers (0°F) and coolers (34°F) with gear for periods of time
• Clean driving record
