Job description

We are looking for an experienced insurance CSR/account manager for our established and growing agency. Two years minimum licensed insurance experience, independent agency experience is a plus.

Heavy phone work as well as email activity.

Customer interaction in-person, phone and email.

Ability to finalize sales.

Manage account reviews and offer coverage recommendations.

Billing and payment aptitude.

Computer/online competency to navigate several agency/carrier systems.

Ability to show up every day, work within the team without constant monitoring and problem solving skills are required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
