The Learning Experience Apollo Beach is looking to hire an infant teacher comfortable with children ages 6 weeks to 15 months. Candidates must have a CDA or Staff Credential. Our hours are 6:30 am - 6:30 pm Monday through Friday. The Ideal Candidate meets the following requirements:

• The Desire to make a difference in the lives of others
• Experience working in a child care setting
• A professional, positive attitude
• Classroom duties include: helping children with eating, diapering/toileting, cleaning, keeping a clean and safe room, keeping a TLE complaint classroom, keeping appropriate logs and paperwork, staying in compliance with all state licensing standards
• This is a physically ACTIVE role, able to stand for long periods of time, frequent walking, sitting on the floor and playing with children, being able to lift up to a 40lbs child in an emergency situation. You must be able to get up off the floor and stand up quickly
• A loving demeanor with children!
• CPR and first aid certified
• 45 hours of state training required
• Staff Credential/CDA required
• All candidates must pass the level two background clearance
