Spy Ninjas Headquarters is looking for a NinjaTastic Human Resource/ Talent Acquisition Manager to add to our Team. The Headquarters is the first of many, in our Family Entertainment Park Franchise. Our team is extremely fast paced and will manage a high volume of new openings with a keen focus on customer service and communication. The strongest candidates will bring a solid foundation in the areas of candidate sourcing, screening and qualifying, and training. You will need to be self-motivated, flexible, and have a strong sense of urgency and internal drive to be successful. If you have the experience required and our mission inspires you, please apply!

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner and collaborate with the Management team to clearly define position needs, requirements, preferences, and evaluation criteria.
• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
• Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
• Meet with the Management team on a regular basis to discuss progress of openings and the feedback on training strategies.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates through collaboration with the Management Team.
• Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
• Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
• Maintain HR systems and processes
• Provide support and guidance to HR staff
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
• Design and implement employee retention strategies

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• Excellent phone presence with polished verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, multi-tasking and organization skills.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities.
• High sense of urgency with ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Have demonstrated a proficiency with web-based applicant tracking systems and resume boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Google, etc. )
• Proven ability to source and network using current techniques and tools including social media sites (Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to manage the candidate and hiring manager relationship.
• Have a positive energy and passion for people and FUN!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $49,500.03 - $61,000.00 per year
