We are currently seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager (E-Commerce Evolution)to join our team. This position will be a hybrid role working onsite at client's office in Las Colinas, TX approximately 1-2 days per week. Candidates for this role must be within a commutable distance of Las Colinas.

Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide project management support to one or more technical work streams such as the Architecture, Cloud and/or Back-End workstreams
  • Drive activities to ensure tasks, work products, deliverables, and milestones for these workstreams are planned appropriate and delivered as expected
  • Coordinate across other work streams and support teams for requirements, dependencies, testing, release management, and other required points of integration
  • Provide updates to Program Leadership on above referenced technical components and/or workstreams
  • Organizing and facilitating meetings and distributing minutes to project team members
  • Tracking activities and action items to ensure timely completion
  • Collaborating with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks/assignments and implement changes needed to effectively manage the project
  • Preparing project status reports to better enable information sharing between the leadership and project team
  • Providing client / project leadership with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork and project efficiencies
  • Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards project goals
  • Supporting Content / Knowledge Management including Team site and/or Confluence documentation organization and management
  • Responding to inquiries on behalf of the Client / Workstream Lead in a timely manner
  • Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within business processes to enable efficiencies for the project and ensure project results are achieved
  • Assessing project risks and ensuring they are tracked at the Program level, if applicable

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 7 years of technical project management experience in supporting high profile strategic initiatives within an agile environment
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in E-Commerce Evolution - migration from one platform to another (UX, UI, CX, Front End Development, and Search)
  • Bachelors Degree (BA or BS)

Preferred Skills:
  • Masters degree in a related field is a plus
  • Prior consulting experience is strongly desired
  • Ability to handle several priorities and work within tight timeframes, shifting direction as needed
  • Awareness of IT program management frameworks e.g. SAFe
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of data and results/reports into actionable recommendations for client stakeholders
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
  • Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic
  • A passion for results
  • Ability to resolve complex issues with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
