JOB SUMMARY
If you love strategizing, creating, and managing multi-channel growth strategies and advertising campaigns, this role is for you. We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team and be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, advocacy, and revenue growth. We’re looking for candidates with 5+ year’s experience as a growth marketer, growth hacker, performance marketer, digital marketing manager, paid media specialist, or in similar roles.
The successful candidate will be a full-stack growth marketer with experience owning multichannel advertising campaigns with $1M+ annual budgets. In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience building and running nurturing campaigns that involve long or complicated purchasing journeys.
RESPONSIBILITIES & IMPACT
- Strategize, develop, and manage comprehensive growth marketing strategies across multiple channels, including social, search, direct mail, and other paid channels
- Conduct research to understand our target audience, their needs, and behaviors
- Envision and develop ads while continually optimizing to improve performance
- Work with and manage external partners/agencies/freelancers
- Collaborate with the inside sales team to generate MQLs and optimize conversion rates
- Build and optimize landing pages and marketing funnels
- Execute AB and multivariate tests to optimize CPAs, conversion rates, and other key metrics
- Drive advertising KPIs and report on the performance of campaigns
- Utilize data-driven methodology and analysis to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for growth
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices
- Concept of new and innovative growth strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
Education + Experience
5+ years of experience in growth marketing and advertising- Experience working with annual advertising budgets of $1M+
- Experience with long or complicated purchasing journeys preferred
- Experience working for an agency, startup or in a small team environment preferred
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus
Skills + Abilities
Proven experience developing and managing successful growth marketing campaigns- Proven experience building full-funnel advertising campaigns
- Experience working with MQLs and SQLs
- Expert in social media advertising (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Expert in PPC and search advertising
- Strong analytical skills and well-versed in ad performance metrics and website analytics tools
- An entrepreneurial mindset, with a focus on growth, experimentation, and innovation
- Ability to act independently and to be self-motivated
- Great visual eye and understanding of branding and aesthetics
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and interpersonal skills
- Extremely organized while also being flexible and able to pivot quickly
- Willingness to learn and continually improve
- Ability to relate to and capture the attention of parents with special needs children
- Passionate about Cubby’s mission

This role is based in Denver, CO with part-time flexibility to work remotely
