Vicar's Landing is hiring a Registered Nurse for our Windsor Health Center as a Full-Time job in Ponte Vedra, FL.

As a Registered Nurse, you would be responsible to provide patient care under the direction of the DON and Physicians, which include assessing, diagnosing, and treating assigned patients, administering prescribed medications to patients if assigned as a cart nurse, performing varied desk nurse responsibilities if assigned to the desk, along with other responsibilities that are under the direction of a provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and basic care to patients
• Maintain a clean and healthy environment
• Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans
• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Educate patients about health maintenance and disease prevention
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Maintain accurate patient medical records
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members

Job Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an RN, is preferred.
• Previous experience in Long-Term Care and/or Rehab facilities is a plus
• Experience with dementia care is a plus
• IV Certified
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (Required)
