The Studio Group ensures that their clients receive acting development training to be in Hollywood films, commercials, and tv shows. We dedicate our time to finding ambitious individuals that are motivated to become talented actors. The Studio Group is seeking a receptionist who takes initiative to handle all of our clients inquiries about how we cast, manage, and develop individuals who audition. We have been in business for over twenty years, and need a receptionist who is coachable because we need flexible employees that dedicate their time when at work.
Daily Responsibilities
- Confirming and rescheduling appointments
- Acquiring clients upstairs from the lobby
- Interviewing clients based upon their background experience within acting, certifications, and education
- Proficient in pulling excel reports
- Able to comfortably manage a fast paced office
- Organized when taking payments
- Responsive with handling phone calls and client inquiries
Schedule
- Thursday and Friday's 3PM-8PM
- Saturday and Sunday's 9:30AM-5PM
Qualifications
- Recruiting: 1 year preferred
- Front desk: 2 years required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
