Duties will include answering phones, scheduling, welcoming clients, explaining and processing intake forms, taking client payments, monitoring UA's in the computer, maintaining computerized schedule, current client files and uploading old files into EHR. Additional duties include entering client demographics and verifying insurance benefits, faxing information to client’s reporting agents, and other duties as assigned by office manager or owners.

Knowledge of HIPPA, substance use disorder and medical insurance benefits is a plus. Preference will be given to candidates with prior alcohol/drug treatment agency office experience. Must have the ability to prioritize, to work under pressure and to manage multiple demands for your attention while maintaining a pleasant demeanor. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills and intermediate computer skills are required. EHR experience is preferred.

Full time employees receive 50 hrs sick leave) and matching 401K.s.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
