We are Hiring a FOOD AND BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR!!

This hotel is a small property located in Kennett Square, PA!

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure maximum guest satisfaction while dining in the restaurant
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Supervision of floor during operation
• Monitor and critique quality of the food product
• Ensure equipment is in good condition
• Maintain physical atmosphere and cleanliness
• Responsible for ordering supplies and monitoring inventory
• Assist in banquets and with scheduling

Qualifications:

• Food and Beverage management experience required
• Ability to cook and have knowledge of recipes
• Restaurant Supervisory experience
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
