• 
  Strip, wax, buff, and clean floors

• Sweeps and mops resident rooms; cleans all rooms as assigned

• Other duties as assigned relative to position

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in stripping and waxing floors

• Experience operating a carpet machine

• Experience in buffing floors
