FLEET AND WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
Tachus LLC (Tachus) is seeking an outstanding individual to fill the role of Fleet and Warehouse Associate. Tachus Fiber Internet (Tachus) is a fiber broadband internet provider delivering service to the Greater Houston area since 2018. The ideal Fleet and Warehouse Associate will be dedicated, hard-working and passionate about getting things done efficiently. You must be willing and comfortable working in a warehouse and outdoor environment that will be cold and hot during different seasons. You will be required to work safely and quickly, standing, stooping, crouching and climbing for extended periods throughout the day. Prior knowledge of warehouse and inventory/order paperwork and Fleet Coordination is preferred.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Focus on excellent customer service and take pride in every aspect of daily responsibilities
- Must have ability to count, pay extreme attention to detail, and receive trucks in a warehouse setting
- Must possess extreme attention to detail, organization and accuracy
- Be an effective communicator while operating in a team-oriented environment
- Ensure a safe warehouse environment by keeping areas organized, alerting supervisors of any concerns
- Pick and pack products as required into bins, boxes or containers
- Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks and move material in the warehouse or storage yards
- Maintain inventory, perform cycle counts and assist with restocking of products and supplies as needed
- Report defective products as discovered and maintain thorough notes and paperwork
- Assess and notify supervisor of any shipping or receiving issues
- Must possess extreme attention to detail, organization and accuracy
- Perform all duties and specific projects as assigned in a safe and productive manner
- Familiarity and comfort level working with Microsoft Office Suite software as well as fleet coordination software
- Vehicle maintenance tracking while updating and maintaining accurate records in system
- Coordination and completion of outfitting vehicles with necessary equipment, GPS, cameras etc
- Vehicle inspection tracking and coordination of necessary corrective actions
- Coordinate necessary repairs for vehicles
- Track and ensure all vehicle GPS and camera units are fully operational at all times, ensuring any repair or replacement is done timely
- Maintain, update and ensure accurate driver and vehicle data in GPS system
- Other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Physical activities include, but are not limited to climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking and lifting/pulling/pushing up to 75 pounds
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions during all seasons

This is an hourly position, starting pay based on experience and level of expertise. This is a part-time position located in The Woodlands, Texas. Relocation will not be provided. Benefits offered are medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k and paid time off.
