JOB TITLE: F-15 Supply (Supply Technician)

SUMMARY:

DAWSON is looking for the next Supply Technician for the Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) F-15 Supply Services contract, located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This position will support planning and organizing procurement efforts for aircraft supply support activities and provide liaison support to the RSAF Director of Supply and Depot Director of Supply. Location: This position is in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support planning and organizing procurement efforts for aircraft supply support activities and provide liaison support to the RSAF Director of Supply and Depot Director of Supply.
• Utilize AUTOLOG, RSAF Base Supply Policies and RSAFM 67-1
• Perform various supply functions to ensure material availability and provide technical guidance to support RSAF operational requirements.
• Coordinate with the material control manager to prevent anticipated or actual supply shortfalls that may affect the operational readiness.
• Prepare and monitor performance measurements to include mission-capability (MICAP) incidents, depot to base material transportation time and bench stock effectiveness.
• Provide results and recommendations to the Director of Supply and RSAF Senior Leadership to communicate continuous improvement efforts within the RSAF supply chain while continuously increasing RSAF aircraft availability.
• Manage the availability, control and storage of various aircraft spares, consumables, equipment and tooling for the F-15 project.
• Provide item and monetary account, inventory and stock control, funds control, requirements computation, determination of allowances, research and identification of supplies and equipment and input and support to Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) supply inventory control systems.
• Material facilities functions including inspection and identification, standard and environmental storage, receiving, classification, issue, material handling, ADPE or standard Base Level Supply locator system, facility safety and security and conduct inventory.
• Manage the availability, control and storage of various aircraft spares, consumables, equipment and tooling for the F-15SA project.
• Advise the Directorate of Supply in management of F-15C/D/S, F-15SA platforms in the areas of minimizing Not Mission Capable Supply (NMCS) conditions, analyzing stock data and trends to ensure Depots and Base Supplies are sufficient in stock levels to support the mission.
• Any and all other duties as directed by Program Manager/Site Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to obtain and retain a Secret security clearance.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum for years previous experience in Supply duties.
• Knowledge of governing supply regulations, procedures, and instructions.
• Knowledge of supply functions, operations, program requirements and work methods.
• Knowledge of data entry and processing of supply transactions in an automated supply system.
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply applicable reference material, such as supply regulations, manuals, catalogs, records, orders, etc., to accomplish task and resolve complex supply problems.
• Ability to apply basic analytical methods and techniques to resolve complex supply problems and/or deviate from normal supply management procedures or program requirements.
• Ability to receive, screen, review, and verify supply documents and resolve discrepancies.
