Job Description:

This role trains to become the Appliance Factory operations store manager, which leads a team tasked with servicing the many companies and apartment complexes spread across the area with their appliance and mattress replacement and repair needs.

The operations manager advises a sales team on logistics solutions, manages a small truck feet, is responsible for training and developing delivery and installation teams, and audits inventory. Other important areas of focus include managing returns, damage claims, and developing systems and procedures for limiting losses.

Ideal Candidates:

• Have at least 2 years operations or other management experience
