Starting Pay: $17.30 - $18.00 or higher depending on experience.

PPG’s Euclid, Ohio industrial coatings plant produces pre-treatment and specialty products. As a Distribution Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Operations and Production group within the Euclid Plant. You will report to the Production and Distribution Manager, and you will be an important member of our operations, ensuring that a quality product is available to our customers when they need them!

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates will call activities.
• Assists with inbound receiving and outbound tank wagon.
• Enters, compiles, and validates data as needed to release production batches and labeling.
• Performs clerical production activities.
• Word processing, data entry, sorting, filing, record keeping, scheduling.
• Prepares basic correspondence, forms and other documents as needed to complete shipments.
• May help research and resolve basic operational problems (inventory)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 years of previous experience, preferably in an office setting
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel required, Oracle a plus.
• Good communication skills, including written communication.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
