Director - Send Strategic Customer Product Management
Mastercard Send™ enables near real-time payment transfers to and from billions of card, bank and digital accounts globally. Through a connection to Mastercard Send, businesses, merchants, governments, humanitarian organizations, financial institutions and others can send money to consumers and businesses domestically and cross-border. Mastercard Send supports multiple use cases, including person-to-person (P2P) transfers, business-to-consumers (B2C) disbursements and government-to-consumer (G2C) disbursements. - The Director, Send Strategic Customer Product Management is a member of the global Mastercard Send product team. This role will be part of a focused Send product team that is responsible for developing and managing Send-specific relationships with our strategic partners. With the support of our regional and account management teams, the mission is to drive scale of use cases with the largest and most immediate opportunity, such as P2P, disbursements, funding and gambling. These customers are increasingly looking for both domestic and cross-border capabilities.
Role
- Partner with regional product, sales and account teams to develop an engagement framework to drive actionable conversations with customers
- Provide first line Send commercial and technical product solutioning support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and execute on strategic projects as they move from “pipeline” and into implementation
- Create and present customer summary reports on status, key metrics, and key deliverables to management
- Collaborate and support business development and sales colleagues by driving Send customer value proposition through customizing and updating sales decks and other marketing collateral
- Ensure consistency and alignment of the Send internal and external product messaging by effectively liaising between marketing, communications, and our strategy + enablement teams
- Negotiate internally and externally - create, update, and justify business cases per customer and market opportunity
- Navigate across a wide swath of Mastercard teams including technology, legal, regulatory, pricing, and franchise to troubleshoot and resolve obstacles and potholes
- Reports to Vice President, Product Management.

- Intellectual curiosity
- Superb project management skills with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks
- Demonstrated track-record of execution in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, productive working relationships with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams. and external customers
- Highly organized and able to quickly synthesize and distill multiple sources of information into succinct, relevant and articulatable nuggets
- Excellent problem solving and data manipulation and analysis skills – EXCEL a must to build business cases
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred; background in Consulting or Sales a plus

NYC Salary Range: $174,000 - $269,000
Westchester County Salary Range: $165,300 - $255,550
