- Starting wage $15 per hour with increase possible based on relevant IDD experience.
- Potential to earn an additional $2 per hour shift differential for awake overnights and weekends.
- Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible schedules - 2nd & 3rd shifts including weekend hours.
- Locations in Avis, Jersey Shore, Lock Haven, Woolrich and other locations across Clinton County.
- You will be part of a team of coworkers trained and working across a group of community homes.
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will develop relationships with adults with an intellectual and/or developmental disability where they live, work, or in other community settings, in order to promote their emotional, physical and personal well-being. In this caregiver role, you will:
- Assist individuals in the development of appropriate life skills necessary to reach their highest level of potential.
- Actively search for opportunities for those you serve to experience life in their homes and communities and support them in activities such as horseback riding, music therapy, shopping, movies, picnics, to name a few.
- Support the individuals' preferences and ensure their interests are honored.
- Help individuals reach their goals to be more independent.

Availability will vary by position.
Qualifications:
- 18 or older.
- Willingness to accompany those you serve into the community and provide support and assistance in interactions while maintaining sensitivity to the civil and human rights and dignity of the individual.
- Valid driver's license and the willingness to transport individuals in personal or CSG vehicles, including passenger vans.
- Willingness and ability to work in and travel to an identified group of community homes.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
