We have a passion for serving families living with the challenges of developmental, intellectual, behavioral, and physical differences. We need loving, caring in-home Respite Care providers to give these parents/caregivers a much-needed break. We need a wide variety of flexibile availablilty and can work around your other job or school schedule. The role may be scheduled from an occasional few hours, to a routine weekly or monthly schedule, or to care for their loved one during a weekend get-away or and extended vacation.

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

• Competitive pay ($15.00 - $17.50)
• Paid Vacation / Paid Holidays / Paid Sick Days for part time team members who work over 20 hours per week
• Time-and-a-Half or Double-Time when working certain Holidays
• Flexible schedules - work around school schedules or other job schdules
• Paid ongoing training both online and in our Skills-Lab

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
