We currently have an exciting opportunity for an on call Digital Technician. This role is responsible for managing the workflow of photography assets for all assigned photography projects.

• Collect, edit, naming, and process all digital images captured on set. Including On-Figure photography and Editorial Laydowns.
• Support the photography process and ensure the accuracy of all images created.
• Responsible for supporting and understanding technical and automated process/workflows.
• On Set Quality Assurance including color.
• Ensure all assets are captured, synced, and uploaded in the correct manner following outlined workflow.
• Strong communication with Photographers, Production, Creative, and Marketing systems.
• Support photographer with prepping/breaking down equipment as needed.
• Daily set up of capture station, monitors while troubleshooting any technical issues.
• Follow established Tailored Brands DT processes & workflows from photography through delivery of assets.
• Willingness to lend a hand on set as needed.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in high volume photo studio environment
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as on set Digital Tech
• Phase One Certification a plus
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, Filemaker and Canon Camera Systems
• Exceptional communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Technical problem-solving skills preferred

• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
• Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
• Hours as needed, as work dictates, from Berkeley and then Dublin California.
