About R&J Trucking:

• R & J Trucking Company, 3700 Dryden Road, Moraine Ohio 45439 is hiring.
• R & J Trucking is a private, family owned leader in the Bulk Commodity Transport Industry.
• We have ( 18 ) terminals and operate in all ( 48 ) contiguous States plus Canada.

• We offer an afternoon swing shift differential of $2.50 per hr.

• We operate late model equipment, currently in servicing 2022 International's, Mack's and Peterbilt's into the fleet.
• We are looking for an experienced technician, preferably with experience with EPA 2017 engines.
• Cummins X15, Mack MP-8 and PACCAR MX-13.
• All types of repairs. Some road calls possible.
• We are looking for day shift and afternoon shift technicians.
• We are looking for a lead shift technician for afternoon shift.

Diesel Technician Qualifications and Skills:

• Mechanic needed for Day and Afternoon shifts.
• A clean license is needed and a CDL A is a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience as a Diesel Mechanic.

Diesel Technician responsibilities:

• Perform minor and major repairs on trucks and trailers.
• Knowledge of EPA 2017 engines.
• Knowledge of Exhaust Aftertreatment Systems.
• Knowledge of engine Diagnostic Software, Cummins Insite, Mack PTT and Peterbilt Davie preferred.
• Conduct regular maintenance and service trucks.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Diagnose problems and plan repairs.
• Perform regular diagnostic tests on trucks.
• Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
• Must have own hand tools.
• We require pre-employment background and mvr checks.
• We require a pre-employment drug screen and physical.
