What is a Client Experience Specialist?
The Client Experience Specialist provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.
What is a Client Experience Specialist schedule?
This position is a modified full-time schedule, and consists of 12-hour shifts.
What are the qualifications for the Client Experience Specialist?
- High school graduate is required
- One year of administrative experience preferred but not required
- Proficient in computer
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and other health care professionals
- Excellent customer and client service skills
- Flexibility
What are some of the responsibilities of the Client Experience Specialist?
- Answers/ screens incoming calls and directs caller to appropriate associate.
- Takes phone messages or transfers to voicemail as necessary.
- Greets and directs company guests/ visitors.
- Receives, sorts and forwards incoming mails and publications.
- Signs for and distributes package deliveries.
- Orders, receives, stocks, and distributes offices supplies.
- Keeps inventory of office, kitchen and bath supplies.
- Creates SOC packets, keeps SOC packet content list current.
- Assists HR Coordinator in obtaining professional references for new hires
- Maintains front office and printer room.
- Scans and uploads clinician documentation into Kinnser.
- Supports Concierge Homecare Compliance program.
- Other duties as assigned.
