Our company is in need of an individual who is able to work well with a multitude of people. Our Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with advanced people skills. The ideal candidate will have a "can do" attitude, be motivated by a desire to solve problems and enjoy being part of a team that works together to meet our customer's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Assist customers with billing questions and issues.
• Determine the severity of customer issues.
• Document customer feedback to be used in improving the company's services.
• Maintain communication with supervisor or manager regarding any problems or concerns.
• Prepare items for shipment to customers.
• Research and resolve billing, shipping, and technical problems with products or services.
• Requisition, receive, and store all incoming goods as necessary.
• Solve any problems or issues that may arise with daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
