Position:Radiologic /CT Technologist
$70/Hour,13 Weeks Contract,40 Hours/week
Shift Info :8 days on - 6 days off - 4x10s - night call required during shift days
- 2 years of experience as Radiologic/CT Technologist required
- 2 years’ experience Radiography required
- 1 year experience CT required
- Toshiba/Canon CT experience required
- Cerner experience preferred
- Fuji PACS experience preferred
- BLS Certification preferred
- ACLS Certification required
- PALS Certification required
- NRP Certification required
- Graduation from an accredited Radiography School
Job Description
- Perform radiographic exams, including Computed Tomography (CT), works independently in performing these modalities.
- Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and other technologists to improve patient care.
- Provides call services on a rotational basis.
- Apply previous computer experience to new applications for imaging and record keeping.
- May be required to travel to provide services at clinics throughout the Consortium.
- Understand that inadequate communication with the patient, provider, and radiologist can adversely affect patient health.
- Creatively works with other Facility staff to solve problems.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certified
- CT certification required
- Must complete annual educational requirements for licenses/certifications in areas where you function, i.e, CT dose, MRI safety.
