Location: Brattleboro, VT

Fidé is currently seeking an RN with Behavioral Health / Child Psychiatric / Adolescent experience for a 13-week contract in Brattleboro, VT

Minimum Requirements: The following experience is required: 2+ years of current Behavioral Health / Child Psychiatric / Adolescent experience.

• Psych/Behavioral Health Experience - REQUIRED
• At least 3 previous travel assignments (successfully completed) - REQUIRED
• Experience working with child and adolescents - REQUIRED
• Willing to float to other units
• Willing to take charge RN shifts
• COVID vaccination and booster - REQUIRED
• Additional submission requirements for all Brattleboro positions
• · CPI - please confirm they are willing to obtain onsite
• · Please outline what patient populations your traveler has experience with.
• · 2 supervisory references from the last 2 years of employment are required at submission.
• · Any scheduling requests must be presented in the submission file.

Works with the multidisciplinary team to identify individual and group needs and interventions. Utilizes the nursing process to meet the needs of patients requiring complex nursing care. Provides clinical supervision of MHW's to ensure safe and therapeutic delivery of care.

The Adult Co-Occurring Disorders Inpatient Treatment Program offers 24-hour care in a safe and nurturing environment that's designed to promote healing and ongoing recovery. Our treatment approach focuses on helping patients develop and maintain their sobriety while also managing co-occurring psychiatric issues (such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, etc.). The Adult Co-occurring Disorders treatment team specializes in providing high-quality intervention, medically assisted drug and alcohol withdrawal, stabilization, and the education needed to ensure a strong and successful recovery.
Compliance Credentials Needed for Submission:

• Current VT RN License
• Current AHA BLS
• Current CPI – can obtain by start date
• COVID Vaccination Card, no exemptions allowed
• Skills Checklist
• Resume with an outline of patient populations you have experience with
• Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment

Hours Per Week: 36
Shift: Days 7-7p 12 hour days Must be willing to float to other units as needed/Must be willing to take charge shift as scheduled/Travelers will be required to make up any missed shifts prior to the end of their contract/36 hours guaranteed
Weekend Requirements EOW
Holiday Requirements: EOH
On-Call Requirement: Possible
