Job title: Project Manager

Supervisory responsibility: Carpenters and Sub Contractors

Required education and experience:

• 5 years project management - crew management, scope, budget and schedule management, materials procurement, subcontractor management.
• 10 years residential field experience in both remodeling and ground up construction
• BuilderTrend, MS Excel
• OSHA 30, Lead Safe

Role/responsibilities for the Project Manager include:

• Serve as a technical advisor during the development of the scope, budget and schedule.
• Review and approve project scope, budget and schedule before presentation to client.
• Develop the weekly goals engaging the lead carpenter in the planning process.
• Manage weekly and monthly planning and execution of project schedule, budget, labor allocation, and subcontractor assignments.
• Manage client relationship during the project.
• Manage project transition from one phase to the next.
• Carefully consider the site logistics in the planning team and subcontractor workspace throughout the project.
• Submit change order requests with budget, schedule and resource recommendations.
• Conducts regular inspections for quality control and risk management.
• Oversee quality expectations for all crew members. Embody the “there is no such thing as a punch list” attitude.
• Ensure next day supply needs are met. Conduct supply and order pre-checks.
• Daily updates in project management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
