Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced construction worker/carpenter with a broad range of abilities in residential construction and remodeling. This role requires hands-on expertise in various construction tasks excluding plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work which are handled by our trusted subcontractors. The volume and consistency of work may vary due to factors such as material deliveries and permit approvals. Flexibility in scheduling and understanding of the construction industry's dynamic nature is key.

Responsibilities:

Execute day-to-day construction duties, including but not limited to, framing, drywall installation, tiling, painting, and roofing.

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans.

Use a wide range of hand and power tools in compliance with safety regulations.

Collaborate with a team to ensure projects are completed on time and to client specifications.

Assist with site preparation and cleanup.

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction or carpentry.

Familiarity with a broad range of construction tasks and tools.

Ability to read and understand blueprints and building plans.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Commitment to safety and quality.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible.

Must have a valid driver’s license.

Compensation:

We offer competitive pay based on experience and skills, aligned with current market rates. Exact compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
