Job Description: Crew Laborer will work directly with the Crew Foreman daily onsite at jobs and will assist in: spotting utilities during excavation with excavator, spotting utilities by mechanical means, coupling underground ducts together, setting hand holes, stringing pipes for fiber optic cable installation, pulling fiber optic cable, pulling tracer wire, installing marker poles, building paths into buildings, penetrating buildings by using hammer drills, and property restoration consisting of seeding and haying, sodding, mulching, and pine straw.

Requirements: Persons must be able to communicate with others on the team and with the customer. Person will be dealing directly with customers, have a minimum of 1-2 years of construction background (home building, commercial building, electrical, or landscaping), be willing to work in extreme heat and cold (75% of work will be performed outside), have a reliable means of transportation, a willing attitude to listen, learn, grow, and teach others in order to grow and benefit the team, must be willing to travel weekly within the southeast, some basic computer skills, have a high school diploma, and be able to pass a drug test.

Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years of construction background, Associates degree (or trade school), basic operation of Google cloud, Microsoft word, Excel, and Power Point.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
