We are currently seeking a team oriented individual with strong loan documentation skills to join our team and growing company. The Commercial Loan Documentation Manager is responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Loan Administration area of the bank. This is to include ensuring all loan approvals are completed timely, accurately and within all policy, procedure, regulatory and safety and soundness banking standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversees and directs the day-to-day administrative and operational support for loan documentation personnel.
  • Oversees and ensures compliance with loan processing parameters
  • Monitors commercial lending pipeline to ensure timely closings in a fast paced environment.
  • Monitors and ensures the accurate creation and filing of UCC financing statements
  • Reviews, develops and implements policies and procedures to ensure adherence to appropriate requirements
  • Trains staff as necessary to ensure proper loan documentation and collateral administration
  • Supports the administrative side of loan servicing, including system enhancements, integrations and reporting.
  • Ensures compliance with all Bank policies and procedures, as well as, all applicable State and Federal banking regulations

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A strong business acumen with attention to operational policies and procedures combined with a strong understanding of loan documentation.
  • Bachelor Degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years related management experience in banking industry to include loan documentation and supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient in bank information systems and software.
