Mosholu Parkway Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 122 bed skilled nursing facility in the Bronx, NY, is seeking certified nursing assistants for full time, part time and weekend shifts. Working under the immediate supervision of the Charge Nurse, the Certified Nurse Aide (C.N.A.) assists the licensed nursing staff in performing a variety of duties in caring for the residents of the Facility. The C.N.A. is guided by the knowledge of procedures and techniques involved in providing bedside and out of bed care
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Experience Required:
- Must be graduate of approved Nurse Aide School/Training program.
- Must possess New York State Nurse Aide certification. High School graduate preferred.
- Must possess ability and willingness to follow verbal and written instruction.
- Must possess good mental and physical health, sound judgment and high moral integrity; a sincere commitment to provide through the nursing staff the quality care to which each individual is entitled.
