Summary:
The Clinical Recruiter is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process with overall responsibility for the sourcing, delivery and presentation of qualified candidates. This role drives the assessment of external and internal talent to fill vacancies through marketing and outreach. The Recruiter partners with hiring managers to determine current and future staffing needs and cultivates relationships with clients and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Recruiting Strategy: Ensures the delivery of high quality recruitment to a group of assigned clients. Executes against pre-agreed strategies and goals while aligning the right resources, with the right functions and at the right time.
- Collaboration & Consultation: Builds and maintains relationships and business partnerships with hiring managers, HR colleagues, external organizations, and candidates. Manages external vendors and agencies to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and practices.
- Sourcing & Outreach: Coordinate creative and on-going outreach efforts to include college campus visits, luncheons, participation in career fairs, representing Nash HR at community events.
- Recruiting Cycle: Assesses applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Provides offer recommendations to hiring departments based on institutional policy, market data and internal equity. Extends and negotiates formal offer. Ensures new hire paperwork is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Retention: Monitor vacancies and exit interview data to identify trends in turnover and partner with department Managers/VPs to locate root cause. Identify creative ways to engage and follow up with new employees to increase retention.
- Communication Skills: Communicates positively, effectively and courteously with the population we serve which includes applicants, visitors, employees, vendors, and family members. Written communication via emails, offer letters, and presentations are clear, concise, accurate, and conveyed in a professional manner.
