Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses customer satisfaction and care through services provided in order to deliver excellent service to members.
  • Recognizes customer needs in order to assist in the resolution of problems and the achievement of effective outcomes.
  • Multiple documentation operating systems are used, and customer calls are kept track of.
  • Answers consumer queries and resolves problems about services supplied by conducting investigations.
  • Performs data entry and ensures that clients are satisfied by immediately resolving issues.
  • Keeps track of regulatory and compliance indicators that could affect procedures or services delivered.
  • Creates detailed customer communication materials as well as service ratings in general.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Worker or Psychology.
  • Previous years of experience in a customer service position
  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge in medical terminology preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Personal computer experience should include working with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook at the intermediate level at a minimum

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
