• Percentage- depends on experience- ( $ you bring home is dependent on you).
• 1099 90 days trial- both for the driver and the company. At the end of 90 days, switch to W2.
• Per Diem (tax-free) paid per qualified overnight in a sleeper (up to $13,000.00 tax-free per year).
• $10.00-20.00 a week for cell phone allowance.
• $250.00 a month safety bonus competition between all drivers.
• Extra hourly wages are paid for truck maintenance and repair.
