Position: Tableside Chef

If you have:

· English language skills

· Familiarity with major allergens and substitutions

· Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures

· Previous experience as a Tableside Chef or similar role in an Italian restaurant or fine dining establishment

· Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required

And you can:

· Prepare and present a variety of Italian dishes tableside, including appetizers, salads, pasta, and desserts

· Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, engaging in conversation and answering any questions about the dishes or ingredients

· Demonstrate culinary techniques and provide insights into the preparation and presentation of each dish, creating an interactive and memorable dining experience

· Customize dishes according to guests' preferences, dietary restrictions, and special requests, while maintaining the highest quality standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times, adhering to food safety regulations and best practices.
