Centralized Biller - Skilled Nursing

AbleHearts Consulting Services has an exciting opportunity for a Skilled Nursing Centralized Biller. The Centralized Biller will coordinate and ensure financial account receivable objectives are maintained to maximize cash flow. They will provide skilled nursing facility-level support and training on billing, reimbursement, credit and collections and other financial matters through utilization of established policies, procedures and accepted principles to support efforts in reduction of Day Sales Outstanding.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care billing each month prior to AR close, with additional billing each week
• Monthly pending reports
• Reviewing and updating tracking logs for facilities
• Review aging for facilities and make adjustments as needed
• Research of accounts, as needed
• Communication with all facilities business office managers
• Attendance required at all meetings at the discretion of your Manager or Regional Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Must have skilled nursing experience in managed care insurance billing, Medicare and Medicaid
• Computer knowledge and ability with aptitude to learn applicable Software
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
• Able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with others
• Ability and willingness to travel
