Job Summary: This position assures that the carwash facilities are maintained to the highest standards and that all carwash equipment are operating as efficiently as possible in order for smooth functioning of carwashes. This position tracks and follows up on work orders in JMM system. Additionally, assists in managing outside contractors including maintaining records and contracts, coordinating project activities, and providing scheduling support. Promote and abide by the high standards of GEI.

Reports To: Director of Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage the JMM system, including receiving work request, assigning work orders, dispatching as necessary, updating work orders and improve efficiencies.

· Inspects and Performs preventative maintenance on all carwash equipment and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.

· Conducts routine inspections of all carwash facilities and equipment, including daily inspection and maintenance.

· Responsible to supervise and coordinate repair and maintenance activities with other technicians.

· Manages and follows through on the preventative maintenance program and schedule.

· Maintains and Coordinates on-call schedule for building-related emergencies. Ensures 24/7 response to maintenance emergencies when on-call or as requested.

· Support the maintenance team with their questions and provide necessary support.

· Procure parts for scheduled repairs. Track down parts for emergency repairs.

· Adhere to and enforce all company policies with the team.

· Responsibility for follow-up on actions based on various team projects.

· Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Travel and perform work at the sites on regular basis.

Working knowledge of carwash facilities

Minimum 3 years of Carwash facility Maintenance strongly preferred.

Understand the basic functions and preventive maintenance of the carwashes.

Ability to lift up to 25 Lbs.

Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

High organization skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Build strong internal and external relationships using effective verbal and written communication skills.

Work independently without regular direct supervision. Must be a provider of excellent customer service

Basic computer skills i.e. Microsoft office suite

Ability to keep and coordinate an 'on-call' schedule, with occasional work required after designated working hours, holidays, and weekends. Must make arrangements with supervisor for back-up coverage in the event of hours of unavailability

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Uphold company standards in personal appearance, policies & procedures, work ethic, and customer service.
