Looking for EXPERIENCED Carpet Cleaning Technicians!! $22-30 per hour, depending on experience level!!!

Tomahawk Professional Services is looking for motivated individuals to join us! Tomahawk Professional Services specializes in carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, upholstery cleaning as well as water restoration and mold remediation. We are looking for hardworking, driven individuals to learn and grow with our company! Tomahawk Professional Services will provide paid training, all necessary tools, company shirts, and work attire.

LEAD TECH JOB REQUIREMENTS

• PREVIOUS CARPET CLEANING AND/OR LEAD TECH EXPERIENCE A MUST
• Must report to work on time
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must be a leader and be comfortable delegating tasks to co-workers, ensuring safety, keep equipment cleaning and organized, speaking with customers, etc.
• Must have valid & and a good standing drivers license
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be willing to work occasional nights
• IICRC certification a plus, but not required

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• All day physical labor (including but not limited to lifting up to 100 lbs, bending, climbing up steps, stretching and squatting, carrying, repetitive movements with legs and arms)
• Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, applying protective coatings to carpet and upholstery, odor treatments for carpet & upholstery
• Communication with owner, office manager, and customers on a regular basis
• Arriving on time to work and appointments within scheduled window of time
• Cleaning and maintaining professional appearance of company vehicle and all equipment
• Ensure truck/van is loaded properly according to daily tasks (proper tools, equipment/machines needed for scheduled jobs)
• Ensure the customers' property is protected during the cleaning at all times
• Assist in all actions necessary for scheduled jobs
• Ensure all transactions are performed in a professional manner
• Answer any questions asked by the customer

Pay Frequency: Every 2 weeks

Salary: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour (will depend on prior experience)
