Thriving small town café seeking culinary excellence to hone your craft. Looking for a creative, reliable, self-motivating kitchen manager to help us build our business. Pay negotiable based on experience and management skill.
Our original location is in West Linn but this position is for our second location in Canby:
- Open availability including early mornings and weekends a must
- One-year full-service restaurant/cooking experience (preferred)
- Knowledge to develop and plan menus and weekly specials
- Excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Reliable transportation required
Responsibilities:
- Prep and prepare food items
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations
- Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance
- Manage food costing and inventory
